TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio passed By-law No. 22-63 on June 8th, 2022 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended.


AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) in respect of the By-law by filing with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio, not later than the 4th DAY OF JULY 2022 a Notice of Appeal setting out the objection to the By-law and the reasons in support of the objection, to be accompanied by the required fee to the OLT ($1,100.00 cheque or money order payable to the Minister of Finance or the private citizen fee with the request for “Lower Fee Form”).

The purpose and effect of the By-law is to permit an addition to an existing detached accessory structure in front of the single-family dwelling.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE ‘A-5’ OF OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT No. 21 - (5495 Concession Road 4).

SYNOPSIS: To re-designate the property from Licensed Pit to Rural.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio passed By-law 22-64 on June 8th, 2022, which amended Schedule A-5 – Land Use of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio Official Plan by re-designating portion of the subject lands from “Licensed Pit” to “Rural”, as shown on Schedule A and directed that application be made to the County of Simcoe for approval of the amendment.

The purpose of this amendment is to amend Schedule A-5 – Land Use of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio Official Plan, by re-designating a portion of the Subject Lands from “Licensed Pit” to “Rural”, to conform to the designation as set out in the County of Simcoe Official Plan, on property located on Part of Lot 5, Concession 4, geographic Township of Tosorontio.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio passed By-law No. 22-61 on June 8th, 2022 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended.

AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) in respect of the By-law by filing with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio, not later than the 4th DAY OF JULY 2022. A Notice of Appeal setting out the objection to the By-law and the reasons in support of the objection, to be accompanied by the required fee to the OLT ($1,100.00 cheque or money order payable to the Minister of Finance or the private citizen fee with the request for “Lower Fee Form”).

The purpose and effect of the By-law is to restrict the residential uses on the retained lot and to restrict the agricultural uses of the existing agricultural structures on the severed lot, as a result of a surplus farm dwelling severance.
