NOTICE OF DECISION
The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio's Committee of Adjustment has made a decision regarding File No. A-07-2025 application for a Minor Variance to Zoning By-law 03-57, as amended.
The variance has been considered under the requirements of Section 45 of the Planning Act RSO 1990 c.P.13, as amended, including written and/or oral submissions related to the application before and/or during the hearing when making the decision.
The purpose of this notice is to provide you with a copy of the decision.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: CON 2 E PT LOT 12 RP 51 R3075;PART 1
PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: To permit a lot coverage if 11.5% whereas By-law 03-57 permits a maximum of 10%.
DECISION:
The application seeking relief from Zoning By-law 03-57, as amended, to permit a lot coverage if 11.5% whereas Bylaw 03-57 permits a maximum of 10%, be approved.
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. The applicant shall revise the proposed covered porch design to comply with the Ontario Building Code (O.B.C.), specifically ensuring a minimum separation distance of 5 metres between any structure and the distribution pipes of the existing or proposed septic system, to the satisfaction of the Building Department of Adjala-Tosorontio.
2. Prior to applying for any subsequent municipal approvals under the Planning Act or for building permits under the Building Code Act, a new application for a Restricted Land Use Notice must be submitted for review by the Risk Manaqement Official.
