NOTICE OF DECISION
The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio's Committee of Adjustment has made a decision regarding File No. A-08-25 application for a Minor Variance to Zoning By-law 03-57, as amended.
The variance has been considered under the requirements of Section 45 of the Planning Act RSO 1990 c.P.13, as amended, including written and/or oral submissions related to the application before and/or during the hearing when making the decision.
The purpose of this notice is to provide you with a copy of the decision.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: ADJALA CON 6 S PT LOT 6 AND;RP 51R15919 PARTS 7 AND 8
PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: To permit a home business to be conducted within both the principal dwelling and the accessory garage structure, occupying up to 50% of the gross floor area of the buildings and up to seven (7) persons other than the owner of the dwelling to work in the home business, whereas Zoning By-law 03-56 limits a home business to not exceed 25% of its gross floor area and no more than one ( 1) person other than the owner of the dwelling to work in the home business.
DECISION:
The application seeking relief from Zoning By-law 03-56, as amended, to permit a home business to be conducted within both the principal dwelling and the accessory garage structure, occupying up to 50% of the gross floor area of the buildings and up to seven (7) persons other than the owner of the dwelling to work in the home business, whereas Zoning By-law 03-56 limits a home business to not exceed 25% of its gross floor area and no more than one (1) person other than the owner of the dwellinq to work in the home business, be denied.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The Committee determined that the application does not satisfy the four tests set out in Section 45(1) of the Planning Act.
