NOTICE OF DECISION 

The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio's Committee of Adjustment has made a decision regarding File No. A-12-2025 application for a Minor Variance to Zoning By-law 03-57, as amended.
The variance has been considered under the requirements of Section 45 of the Planning Act RSO 1990 c.P.13, as amended, including written and/or oral submissions related to the application before and/or during the hearing when making the decision.
The purpose of this notice is to provide you with a copy of the decision.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  PLAN M690 LOT 24

PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: To permit an oversized garage of 600 sq ft with a rear yard setback of 6 m and an interior side yard setback of 2. 7 m, whereas Zoning By-law 03-57 permits a maximum of 592 sq ft, a minimum rear yard setback of 7.5 m, and a minimum interior side yard setback of 3 m.  

DECISION:

The application seeking relief from Zoning By-law 03-57, as amended, permit an oversized garage of 600 sq ft with a rear yard setback of 6 m and an interior side yard setback of 2. 7 m, whereas Zoning By-law 03-57 permits a maximum of 592 sq ft, a minimum rear yard setback of 7.5 m, and a minimum interior side yard setback of 3 m, be approved. 

REASONS FOR DECISION

The applicant shall obtain a permit from the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority (NVCA) prior to the issuance of a building permit or the commencement of any site works.
