Works have been granted for Saturday November 20th, 2021 so that the continuation of importing material to achieve grading and necessary elevations required prior to poor weather delaying these activities and their completion for the betterment of controls in place within the development site in Colgan.

Adjala-Tosorontio Notice: Illegal Dumping of Garbage

It is illegal to dump garbage on the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio roadsides. If you see someone dumping, report it by completing our online Report a Concern form.

Witnesses to roadside dumping should record the following information:

• Vehicle licence plate number
• Colour and make (or general description) of the vehicle
• Location
• Time of day
• Date of dumping
• Basic description of the waste

Our Municipal By-law #12-31, Sec.7.1. applies to anyone who dumps garbage illegally on Township roads.
